Inception and briefing – you complete
You meet with your designer and constructor. Consult with Createmaster and we’ll advise how to manage and provide the deliverables.
Design Development – you complete
An opportunity for your entire team to gain insights and learn lessons from similar projects. We’ll have already gained the insights into your project we need to really understand how your building will work.
P1 – Environmental & Energy Logging
Our online log book will identify and record routine environmental and energy logging checks.
P2 – Building Readiness Programme
By managing the chasing and collating of the Project Completion File we ensure you have all the documentation required to satisfy the requirements of the Building Readiness Programme
P3 – Commissioning Records Check
Liaison / interface with commissioning engineer to ensure completeness of commissioning records
P4 – Building Services Maintenance Contract
Our asset registers and PPM are tailored to help smooth the process of procuring maintenance contracts. We can supply a preliminary asset register three months before PC negating the need for costly manuals surveys and aiding the procurement process. We allow for one day of updates to the assets to reflect changes to technical submittals and consultant schedules. When a maintenance contract is agreed we are able to seed CAFM software systems with the asset information
P5 & P6 – Training Programme
We understand it is not always possible for relevant parties to attend client training sessions. Createmaster can facilitate the recording, editing and presentation of training videos ensuring this essential visual learning is not forgotten after handover. The resulting training modules can then be hosted alongside the relevant O&Ms on our DocumentPark and Resi-Sense websites.
P9 & P10 – Compile Building Users Guide & Technical Guidance
Createmaster author tailored Building User Guides through consultation with the Facilities Team. These can be updated following operational fine-tuning, helping building users better understand & operate the building more efficiently and smooth the transition to local operation.
P11 – O&M Manual Review
Createmaster outline a structured review process from the project outset. A minimum of four site visits is recommended to report progress and verify content and sign-off O&M submissions with project stakeholders. This to be co-ordinated with stages P4, P5, P9 and P10
A3 & A4 – Building Use & Technical Guidance
The Createmaster service includes for up to one full day of training in the use of our on-line applications DocumentPark and Resi-Sense. Training the building users in the systems is a simple process and often results in reduced aftercare calls to the contractor
Y1 – Y2 – Aftercare Review and Fine-tuning
Updates to information throughout the extended aftercare period are covered under the three year hosting agreement. Regular logging and review of energy use through the on-line Log Book will aid the monitoring of building performance and assist in the fine-tuning of systems.
