Greenwich Square is an exciting new neighbourhood built around a vibrant public piazza, reflecting the character and energy of Greenwich as a whole. The £250m regeneration of a three-hectare brownfield site delivers leisure facilities, a range of retail amenities and provides a diverse mix of apartments, maisonettes and townhouses.

Why Mace Chose Createmaster

Mace were looking for a total management service that delivered cloud based O&Ms at PC and asset data linked to a planned preventative maintenance schedule for their client.

Createmaster were employed by Mace to manage every aspect of construction information gathering, to ensure the smooth handover of Greenwich Square.

How the project was managed

A dedicated project lead and team of assistants followed the construction programme and managed over 60 trades as they worked on site through meetings, phone calls, email, and site based support.

Mace reviewed real project progress via the cloud, as live updates were made throughout the construction phases.

A Createmaster led, structured review process with relevant package managers and consultants, ensured the technical accuracy of the final as built information.

The solution provided the facilities team with a user-friendly system to effectively run and maintain the built asset during the occupancy phase.
