For the Sales team, this means navigating a complex web of often conflicting stakeholders to get to the core needs of the client, building a solution which fits, and defining this with sufficient clarity to allow the Operations team to fulfil these promises. We expect a premium price in return for this expertise, and as such need to justify this through the Sales process in this cost sensitive sector.
It will be your responsibility as the Sales Manager to deliver challenging sales revenue and growth targets in this environment. You will manage a team of 5 people, including remote area sales reps and office-based staff. We currently have a defined process for work winning which has given us 40% annual growth in sales revenue for the last 4-years – your key challenges will be to continue sales growth at this rate; to build and develop the sales team to deliver this; to develop sales strategies to accommodate changing market conditions, new competitors and tech change – in short, this is a challenging role and as such we are looking for a high achiever to help us drive the business forward.
