- Createmaster delivered the Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms) for The Hempel Collection, making it easy to extrapolate the most relevant content to go on Resi-Sense
- An in-house designer constructed the website skin to meet the branding guidelines and client specifications
- Incremental reviews at the beginning of the project ensured the site was progressing to British lands satisfaction
- The final draft was reviewed and approved by British Land before the site went live and became available to the concierge team and residents
